We finally tried their combo plates! B1, Pork Vermicelli, and B2, Pork & Shrimp Vermicelli. SO VERY GOOD! Good, hearty portions of meat! Great price! The staff is very helpful as well! We usually only get this kind of great taste from a restaurant. This was really good.

Ordered the bahn mi grilled pork! Kind of small but really freaking good! No pate in there which I like, all the other fillings - pickled vegetables are my favorite!

Best ratio of meat veggies and bread. My new go to spot for Banh mi sandwiches. Easy parking and fast service.

The best part of this little gem of a cafe is their bread that is so soft and tasty. I always get the grilled pork and the Vietnamese coffee. The service is always good everytime I go. The cafe is small but I usually always order for take out.

The husband and I have our go-to banh mi spot in the area. However, we decided to give Viet Cafe & Sandwich a try as we pass by it frequently. Unlike our go-to spot, Viet Cafe & Sandwich doesn't have a wait, which we appreciate. However, their menu is a bit pricier. We ordered the Grilled and BBQ Pork Sandwiches, and it was tasty! The bread was crunchy and the sandwich was nicely filled. Overall, food was simple and good. The service was quick and the restaurant is spacious, but not really a place to dine-in. Wouldn't mind returning.

Their prices have gone up since we've visited last, but their sandwiches still hit the spot. Their boba is okay. I don't think I'd come here for boba though. Vietnamese sandwich cravings, yes, definitely will be back. Parking is okay. Spots are a little tight, but it's never too busy anyways. This place is definitely just a small cafe to order food and drinks to go. No tables to eat on.

A little on the pricier side for banh mi but with prices going up, I definitely don't mind paying for what I got! I picked up a grilled chicken banh mi + cafe sua and honestly, it's pretty good! I hate when I get a banh mi and the bread is extremely dry, there are barely any veggies or the grilled chicken is dry with no flavor, but the bread did not cut the top of my mouth while still being crunch on the outside and nice and soft on the inside! The chicken was quite flavorful as well. The baguette is on the longer side too, I was surprised that it was essentially the size of my forearm lol. I'm not Vietnamese so I don't know much about how authentic it is, but I'd come back!

Yuumm!! Came across this place waiting for my son to get out of school. I originally just was going to grab a boba drink but when I walked in the smell was soo good I had to order some banh mi! Ordered 2 Chicken Banh Mi - soo good baquette was perfectly toasted all the ingredients tasted very fresh! Got the kids taro boba they loved it, im definitely going to try that one next time Vietnamese coffee my husband loved it, he finished before we even left the place lol I got the thai tea and was so good perfect combination of creaminess and tea flavor! And their boba texture was just right I like that they use the small lil crushed ice too. The customer service was awesome so friendly! This is my new favorite boba and banh mi place

A viet sandwhich and drink places on thornton. The sandwich is good, a lot of meat in there, but bread wasn't toasted and a bit cold. The spring roll skins on my was a bit dry, seem not hydrated enough. Ok place in general. Didn't try the drink this time.
